1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Pack, a technology platform developed and operated by Aldeon Tecnologia ("we", "our", or "Pack"). By downloading, installing, registering, or using the Pack mobile application (iOS & Android) or our web portal, you ("User", "Manager", "Concierge", or "Resident") expressly agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description and Purpose of the Service
Pack is a software system for managing, scanning, and controlling the receipt and pickup of packages and mail in residential and commercial condominiums. Features include AI optical character recognition (OCR) of postal labels, real-time push notifications to residents, verified pickup verification via dynamic QR code and PIN, physical mailroom coordinates, and dwell-time alerts (>48h).
3. Registration, Accounts, and Security
To use Pack, users must provide truthful and accurate information. Building managers and concierges are responsible for maintaining credentials confidentiality. Any unauthorized access must be reported immediately.
4. Subscriptions and Pack Pro Terms
Pack offers a free starter plan and paid subscription tiers (Pack Pro). Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store In-App Purchases or Google Play Billing. Payment is charged upon confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
5. Privacy and Data Protection (LGPD)
User data is handled in strict compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD - Law 13.709/2018). We do not sell personal data to advertisers. Full details can be reviewed in our Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
Pack provides software tooling for logistics organization. We are not responsible for physical package loss, theft, damage caused by delivery carriers, or negligence by third parties at the physical concierge.
7. Modifications and Contact
We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect feature changes or legal requirements. Continued use of Pack constitutes acceptance of revised terms. Inquiries can be sent to suporte@aldeon.com.br.
