At T3O2 ("we", "our", or "us"), your privacy and creative ownership are paramount. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, process, and protect your information when using the T3O2 mobile application and website (t3o2.app).

1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal data necessary to deliver AI stencil processing, authentication, and portfolio management:

  • Account Credentials: Email address, display name, and profile avatar provided via Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In.
  • Uploaded Images: Photos you import or capture to convert into tattoo stencils or submit as client design references.
  • Stencil Assets: Generated stencil images, version history (versionId, parentId, promptDiff), and style metadata.
  • Device & Usage Diagnostics: Device model, operating system version, and anonymized crash analytics to maintain performance.

2. Google Gemini AI & Data Processing

To convert photos into tattoo stencils, your reference images and prompt instructions are securely transmitted to the Google Gemini multimodal API.

Strict No-Training Policy: We do NOT sell, license, or use your uploaded tattoo reference photos or private stencils to train public generative AI models.

Inference requests are encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3 and processed ephemerally solely for generating your stencil outputs.

3. Data Storage & Cloud Security

All user stencils, reference photos, and account records are securely stored in Google Cloud Firestore and Google Cloud Storage (region: southamerica-east1).

Storage security rules strictly isolate artist data so that private stencils and reference photos can only be read and modified by the owning creator.

4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Subscriptions and payments are securely handled through Apple App Store In-App Purchases and Google Play Billing, orchestrated via RevenueCat. T3O2 does not process or store credit card or payment credentials.

5. GDPR, LGPD & Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the European Union under GDPR and Brazil under LGPD), you enjoy the following rights:

  • Right of Access: Request a copy of all personal data and stencils associated with your account.
  • Right to Rectification: Update or correct your profile details at any time.
  • Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): Request complete and permanent deletion of your account, stencils, and uploaded assets.
  • Right to Data Portability: Export your stencils in standard transparent PNG formats.

6. Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly in the mobile app (Profile → Account → Delete Account). Alternatively, you can submit an external web deletion request via our dedicated deletion page.
