Account & Data Deletion
Instructions and web request form for permanently erasing your T3O2 account and personal data.
Irreversible Action: Deleting your account will immediately and permanently erase your account credentials, cloud stencils, version histories, and uploaded reference artworks.
Option 1: In-App Instant Deletion (Fastest)
- Open the T3O2 mobile app on your iPhone or Android device.
- Tap on the Profile tab at the bottom right.
- Scroll down to the "Account" section.
- Tap the red "Delete Account" button.
- Confirm deletion. Your account, authentication tokens, stencils, and uploaded photos will be permanently expunged immediately.
Option 2: Web Deletion Request Form
If you no longer have access to the mobile app, submit your registered email below to request manual account and data erasure in accordance with Google Play and Apple App Store policies.
What Data Is Permanently Deleted?
- Authentication profile (Google/Apple account credentials and unique user UID)
- All uploaded reference photos and client request references
- All generated stencils, thumbnails, and version history records
- Device notification push tokens and subscription linking
