Terms of Service
Welcome to TATU Design. By downloading, accessing, or using the TATU Design mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Eligibility & Age Requirement
You must be at least 17 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use TATU Design. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
2. Intellectual Property & Stencil Ownership
Your Creative Freedom is Yours: You retain 100% ownership and copyright over the original tattoo designs, reference photos, and final stencils created using TATU Design.
Commercial Use: You are fully authorized to use all stencils generated through TATU Design for commercial tattooing, client decalques, thermal printing, and tattoo studio appointments.
TATU Design and its associated logos, UI designs, code, and algorithms are the proprietary property of TATU Design Studio.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use TATU Design to generate, upload, or distribute content that:
- Infringes upon third-party intellectual property or copyrights without authorization.
- Contains non-consensual imagery, sexually explicit content involving minors, or hate speech.
- Attempts to reverse-engineer, exploit, or bypass subscription quotas or AI rate limits.
4. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation
TATU Design offers free and paid subscription plans (TATU Design Pro Studio):
- Free Tier: Includes up to 2-3 free stencil generations per month.
- Pro Studio Tier: Provides up to 150 Cloud AI stencil generations per month and unlimited native decalque processing.
- Billing & Auto-Renewal: Pro subscriptions are billed monthly ($8.99/mo) or annually ($89.99/yr) via Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the billing period.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID Subscriptions or Google Play Subscriptions menu.
- Refunds: Refund requests are governed by the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
5. AI Output & Disclaimer of Warranties
TATU Design utilizes cutting-edge AI for stencil generation. While we strive for high precision, AI stencils are provided "AS IS". Tattoo artists remain solely responsible for inspecting stencils, verifying line placement on skin, and exercising professional tattooing judgment.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TATU Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application or generated stencils.
