1. Service Purpose & Scope
PostHub is an autonomous multi-platform content publishing engine and web management console operated under the Aldeon ecosystem. PostHub provides automated and manual scheduling, AI-assisted content adaptation, and distribution capabilities to third-party social networks including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Substack, Facebook, and Instagram.
2. User Accounts & Identity Verification
To access the PostHub management console, users must authenticate via supported identity providers, including Sign in with Google, Sign in with Apple, or verified Email credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session and all activities executed under your account.
3. Third-Party Social API Credentials & Compliance
When connecting your LinkedIn OAuth tokens, X Developer API keys, Substack cookies, or Facebook/Instagram Page credentials, you grant PostHub authorization to dispatch scheduled posts on your behalf. You agree to comply strictly with the terms of service and acceptable use policies of each respective destination platform.
4. AI-Generated Content & Editorial Responsibility
PostHub uses AI to assist in drafting headlines, social copy, and visual cover imagery. All generated drafts are presented in the Review & Approval Queue for human review. As the account owner, you retain full editorial responsibility for approving, modifying, or rejecting content prior to public broadcast.
5. Account Termination & Data Purge
You may request complete and permanent deletion of your PostHub account, API tokens, and scheduled publication history at any time through our self-service Delete Account tool. Delete Account.
6. End User License Agreement (EULA) & Subscriptions
PostsHub Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle through your Apple ID Account Settings. Use of the PostsHub iOS application is additionally governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). Apple Standard EULA.
