1. Information We Collect
When you sign in to PostHub using Google, Apple, or Email, we only collect your basic public profile attributes (name, email address, avatar photo) necessary to identify your authenticated session. We do not inspect, collect, or monitor personal contacts or private communications.
2. Social Network API Tokens & Keys
Any API keys or access tokens you input in the Settings tab (LinkedIn Access Token, X Consumer Keys, Substack API keys, Facebook Graph tokens) are encrypted at rest and never exposed in client bundles. Tokens are strictly used by our secure background publishing services to post content you have explicitly approved.
3. Artificial Intelligence & Content Safety
PostHub utilizes AI API to generate copy suggestions and visual prompts. We do not sell or share your drafted prompts with external data brokers, and content is never used to train generalized third-party public models without consent.
4. Child Isolation & Zero Cross-App Data Sharing
Under the Aldeon Ecosystem Architecture directives, PostHub operates in complete data isolation. No PostHub tokens, drafts, or user sessions are ever shared with or accessible to sibling Aldeon applications (Pack, Be Your Stories, or TATU Design).
5. Your Right to Erasure (GDPR / LGPD)
You possess the absolute right to delete all your personal data, scheduled queue items, and stored credentials immediately without retention. You may execute this right directly via the Delete Account page. Delete Account.
