Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our platform.

2. Use of the Platform

Our platform allows users to read and write books. By using the platform, you agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable regulations. You must not:

• Post content that is offensive, harmful, illegal, or infringes the rights of third parties.
• Use the platform for fraudulent or deceptive activities.
• Distribute copyrighted content without proper permission.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Auto-Renewal: Our subscription plans (Basic and Pro) are billed on a monthly basis and automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Manage Subscription: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
• Cancellations: You may cancel at any time; however, no refunds are provided for the unused portion of a subscription period.

4. User-Generated Content

You are responsible for the content you create and publish on our platform. By submitting content, you warrant that you have all necessary rights to do so. The platform is not responsible for any user-generated content.

By submitting content, you grant the platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, modify, adapt, and distribute such content in connection with the operation of the platform.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the platform, including texts, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of the platform or their respective owners, protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any material may violate these laws.

6. Privacy and Data

By using our platform, you agree to our privacy policy. We respect your privacy and protect your personal information. We will not share your information with third parties except as described in our privacy policy.

7. Age Restrictions

Some content may be restricted for users under 18 years old.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if we believe that you have violated any of these terms. You may also choose to close your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may revise and update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through our platform or by email. Your continued use of the platform after the changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Brazil.

11. End User License Agreement (EULA) & Subscriptions

Be Your Stories offers auto-renewable subscription tiers (BYS Basic and BYS Pro, available monthly and annually). Payment is charged to your Apple ID Account upon confirmation of purchase and automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle in your Apple ID Account Settings.

Use of the BYS application on Apple devices is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA): Apple Standard EULA.
